On April 14, 2025, the internationally renowned academic journal publisher Emerald published a research report titled “Natural language processing in government applications: a literature review and a case analysis”，which was subsequently included in the Emerald Insight database. The three co-authors of the study are Eric W.T.Ngai and Brian C.W.Kei from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Ariel K.H.Lui from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University.
