At D-Chat, we are committed to providing a safe, compliant, and healthy communication environment for all users. We maintain a strict 'zero tolerance' stance towards any content, behavior, or activity that harms the safety and well-being of minors.
Key statement: D-Chat strictly implements a zero tolerance policy for 'Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)' and 'Child Sexual Abuse Content (CSAM)'. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the account and transfer to international law enforcement agencies for processing.
1. Strictly prohibit CSAE and CSAM
Fully compliant with Google Play developer policies and global child protection standards, D-Chat strictly prohibits the creation, uploading, sharing, transmission, or storage of the following content:
-Child Sexual Abuse Content (CSAM): Any visual representation, digital media, or text that displays or involves child sexual abuse or exploitation.
-Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE): Any act of seducing, cyberbullying, extortion, or attempting to harm minors sexually or physically.
2. Content review and monitoring mechanism
In order to ensure that our real-time voice, video, and text communication functions are not abused, D-Chat has adopted an active reporting and review mechanism:
-User reporting tool: When users discover any suspicious personal information, messages, or activities, they can immediately provide feedback through the "Report" button within the application.
-Human and Technical Audit: Our professional security operations team processes reports 24/7, reviewing reported logs, accounts, and behaviors. During the investigation, we will implement immediate restrictions on accounts that violate regulations.
3. Law enforcement and legal compliance cooperation
If any account on D-Chat is confirmed to be attempting to spread CSAM or participate in CSAE activities, we will immediately follow the following process:
-Permanently ban the account and corresponding devices.
-Immediately seal and retain relevant digital evidence.
-Proactively report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local and international law enforcement agencies.
4. Age restrictions
D-Chat is only for adult users or individuals who meet the minimum age requirements for communication platforms as stipulated by local laws. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering accounts without verifiable parental supervision
